Neighborhoods

I work with buyers and sellers in a a variety of neighborhoods. Some of the neighborhoods I work in are:

Blackhawk | The unincorporated community of Blackhawk is located within the Danville sphere of influence.  Blackhawk is a recreation paradise. Within its nine square miles are two challenging 18-hole golf courses, a magnificent country club which is the epitome of elegance and comfort, 20 lighted tennis courts, and a 25-acre sports complex.  Within this approximately 6500 acre luxury gated community you will find magnificent homes, estates, and tennis villas. Residents enjoy a rare blend of elegance and sophistication; the serenity of the country and all the amenities of a word-class resort. Blackhawk Plaza features a movie theater, restaurants with upscale shopping, as well as  The Behring Auto Museum and the University of California Museum of Art, Science and Culture.

Dublin Ranch | Dublin Ranch Golf Course is proud to be the first and only golf course in its namesake city of Dublin.  This Robert Trent Jones Jr. par 63 layout boasts eleven unique par 3’s, five solid par 4’s and two demanding par 5’s.  Skilled club selection is critical, with most players hitting every club in their bag during their round.

Rolling hills and valleys amidst a master planned community offer panoramic views of the Livermore Valley and Mt. Diablo from every hole on the course.  Outstanding customer service and superb Course conditions, highlighted by typically smooth and fast greens, are reflective of the most exclusive private clubs.

The course’s efficient and imaginative design will typically see you through your round in less than four hours, after which you can total your scores and settle your bets in the spacious, full-service restaurant and bar.

Gale Ranch| Situated on the east side of San Ramon, close to the Danville border and adjacent to Windemere, Gale Ranch and The Bridges are prime examples of quality home-building in the San Francisco East Bay.

The residential development of Gale Ranch began in the early 1990s with the construction of Portola at Gale Ranch. Now, there are five Gale Ranch communities together with another five at The Bridges, all set in a delightful environment including the acclaimed 73-par Bridges Golf Course (pictured below) designed by Johnny Miller. Coyote Creek Elementary School is also here, the first school in Gale Ranch, which is getting rave reviews by parents and children alike.

Diablo | Established in the early 1900s as a summer vacation spot for San Francisco residents wanting to escape the fog, Diablo is situated between Danville and Blackhawk at the base of Mt. Diablo.  Diablo grew into a year-round community with its own post office and country club.  Much of Diablo life centers around the Country Club which offers members seven tennis courts, a fabulous Jack Nevelle designed 18-hole golf course, state of the art pool and 45,000 square foot clubhouse.  Reflecting the area’s rural character and charm, the post office is a fabulous place to meet and chat with neighbors as there is no mail delivery to the nearly 1000 residents.  The largest and most popular event is the local Ice Cream Social which has been celebrated annually for three decades. Diablo’s past can be seen in the eclectic mix of homes found in the area.  From summer cottages to modern estates, residents are adamant about preserving the area and its lifestyle.
